Born on September 7th, 1904 in Sesto Fiorentino to Enrico Caruso and his long-time mistress, soprano Ada Giachetti, he spent most of his life in the USA. He tried himself as a film actor and a (concert) tenor, before eventually becoming a senior executive at a large import-export-firm under the pseudonym Henry De Costa. Late in his life, he wrote a biography on his father, which was only published after Enrico Caruso Jr. had died on April 9th, 1987 in Jacksonville, Fla.
