Frank Patterson, Oct. 5th, 1938 – June 10th, 2000. Nicknamed "Ireland's Golden Tenor", which certainly seems exaggerated. He was a concert and oratorio singer, I didn't find anything re: operatic appearances. He made two films, one of them directed by John Huston (The Dead, 1987 – based on a James Joyce story).
